1. Digital Services & Non-Refundable Products
All transactions on Paykar.in related to:
- Mobile/DTH recharge
- Utility bill payments
- Rent payments via credit card
- Investment products (e.g. digital gold)
- Prepaid card top-ups
- Third-party wallet loading or transfers
Are non-returnable and non-cancellable once successfully processed. Due to the nature of digital services, once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
2. Failed Transactions & Reversals
In the event of a failed transaction (e.g., amount debited but service not delivered), users must raise a support request within 48 hours via:
We will initiate verification and, if validated, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method or credited to your Paykar Wallet within 7–10 working days.
3. Cancellations
Pre-paid transactions cannot be cancelled once initiated. However, if the order is stuck in processing or remains incomplete due to a technical error or downtime on our or the service provider's end, cancellation and full refund may be allowed after investigation.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a customer initiates a chargeback or dispute:
- Paykar reserves the right to provide transaction details and supporting documents to the bank/payment gateway.
- Repeated disputes without legitimate cause may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Merchant-Specific Policies
If you are a registered merchant or business partner, separate cancellation or return clauses may apply as per the service-level agreement (SLA) signed with Paykar.
